Egg Diet Plan to reduce weight

This diet plan is mainly composed of eggs that doesn’t seems special but you can reduce your weight through this program without feeling any weakness as this diet plan is full of important nutrients. Diet plan of 1st Day

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 2 oranges and 1 cup skimmed milk

Lunch: 170 grams boiled boneless chicken, 1 cup yogurt

Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 142 grams boneless chicken and 1 orange

2nd Day

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 glass lemon juice

Lunch: 142 grams boiled fish and 1 grapefruit

Dinner: 3 hard boiled eggs

Day 3:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 lemon juice in 230 ml water

Lunch: 170 gram boiled meat and 1 grapefruit

Dinner: 3 boiled eggs

Day 4:

Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs with mixture of onion and ajwain

Lunch: 142 grams cooked chicken with salad

Dinner: 1 boiled egg and 2 oranges

Day 5:

Breakfast: 2 carrots, 2 boiled eggs, 1 tablespoon yogurt

Lunch: 2 carrots and 1 cup of fresh orange juice

Dinner: 85 grams boiled fish and 1 boiled egg

Day 6:

Breakfast: 142 grams fat reduced yogurt, 1 lemon/orange juice

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and 2 grapefruits

Dinner: 1 lemon juice with 250 ml water

Day 7:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and half grapefruit

Lunch: 170 grams boiled meat and 1 orange

Dinner: 1 lemon juice with 250 ml water.

Warning: This diet plan is only for obese people. Normal people should avoid from this as it may instead harm them. This plan should be acted for just 1 weak after which a gap of 1 weak is necessary.
